We will assess your equipment and provide a repair estimate before proceeding. You may choose not to proceed with repairs at any time.
Responsibility for Equipment: You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping your equipment to our facility. We recommend using insured shipping with tracking. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping to our facility.
Return Shipping: Repaired equipment will be shipped back to you using standard insured shipping. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping. You may request expedited shipping at an additional cost.
Contact Before Shipping: You must contact us before shipping any equipment. Failure to do so may result in delays or refusal of service.
Payment for repair services is due upon completion of the repair, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.
A diagnostic fee may apply for initial equipment assessment. This fee may be credited toward repair costs if you proceed with repairs.
We warranty all repairs for 90 days from the date of return, except for damage caused by misuse, neglect, water damage, physical damage, or modifications made after repair.
The warranty covers defects in workmanship and covers the specific components that were repaired. The warranty does not cover unrelated components or pre-existing conditions.
